The Cougars defeat the Falcons in the last City League hockey matchup between the two crosstown rivals. Paul Ziemke had a five point game, including his second consecutive hat trick, and John Dery had four assists to power the Cougar offense. Kevin Boman and freshman Brandon Carey each had two goals, while Clayton Brackett chipped in a goal and two assists. Matt Woronko had the lone tally for West Catholic, assisted by Greg O'hearn. Shots were 33-20 in favor of GRCC. Adam Janecyk nets the win for Catholic Central. Pix and scoresheet are below.
