Kentwood 3 Howell 0 - East Kentwood executed its game plan to perfection, slowing down the speedy Howell team and flying a man out of the zone to get some breakaway chances. Miguel Rodriguez had one in the first, and Matt Herman had a breakaway goal in the second. Ben Belton gets the win between the pipes.
GRCC 8 Mattawan 0 - The Cougars had a 6-goal outburst in the second period, and ended the game at 8-0 in the third. Matt Kane had a hat trick and Clayton Brackett had two. Adam Janecyk pitches the shutout.
Rockford 2 Hudsonville 1 - Tyler Hall rips the game winner in the last half-minute to lift Rockford over H'Ville. Forrest Andrus gets the win in net, including an amazing pad stackage in the second period. Travis Guest scored the first goal for the Rams.
Portage Central 4 Mona Shores 1 -- Sophomore goalie Brogan Vandevelde earns the #1 star with a 24 save performance. Senior Erik Hoffman had two goals to lift the Mustangs past the Sailors.
