The Grand Rapids Press has a nice story on the Wayland Unified team, which is made up of players from Wayland Union, Byron Center, Thornapple Kellogg and Hopkins high schools. The Wildcats are off to a 3-3 start this season, but are somewhat banged up. They face off against Lowell-Caledonia, who just got back to full strength itself, this weekend (Friday, 8 pm @ Patterson) in an OK-3 matchup.

Asked in another thread but didn't see a response:
I saw a tv crew at the Hudsonville-Jenison game on Friday of last week. Does anyone know when and what time it is being broadcast as well as what channel it is shown on?
Do you know what station was there? Usually they broadcast the same night of the game if they have room during highlights.
yea there was and i know they already played it once but they normally play it more than once its wcet channel 25 if your in the area
It is channel 25 and they usually play it more than once. The listing is in the Advance or you can call them. They are located in Hudsonville High School.
Thanks tons. I at least know the channel now for the future, and could purchase a DVD if I wanted to.
Your welcome. You can purchase a CD of it from them for $20.00, or if you drop off a video tape they will tape it for you for $5.00. They do a great job and broadcast the game on it.
