Wednesday Night Hockey

Forest Hills Northern/Eastern vs. Big Rapids (7 p.m. @ Ferris) -- The BR Cardinals' record is kind of a fooler, when you consider that they've faced some of the toughest teams in the state all year -- most recently GR Catholic Central. They're a young team with only 6 seniors and they're big kids who can skate, hit and shoot the puck. FHNE can also play some hockey, and they're stacked with talented seniors, including several who can take it end to end. And, by the way, they like to hit, too. This game, a makeup of a snowed out day last week, ought to be an exciting affair with lots of hitting and more than a half-dozen goals scored. CANCELED
