McMichigan Cup Starts Tonight!

There is plenty of Thursday night hockey this week, thanks in large part to the annual McMichigan Cup Tournament, hosted by Grandville High School at South Side. The teams participating this year include: Rockford, GR Christian, Kalamazoo Eagles, Portage Northern, Forest Hills Central, Jenison, Reeths-Puffer and, of course, Grandville. There will be a new champion this year, as two-time defending champ Grand Rapids Catholic Central will be playing in the Trenton Showcase this year. Update: I just got an email that even though Forest Hills schools were closed today that FHC will be participating in tonight's game.
