Former East Kentwood Falcon Max Grover has been named captain of the Sioux Falls Stampede. That's according to an email I got this morning from Max's younger brother, 2008 all-state d-man Ben Grover. The coach of the Stampede calls Max: "Tough minded, excellent penalty killer...handles rushes extremely well. You will love him as a dedicated teammate (and good guy). Will be there when the going gets tough." Congrats!
