Mona Shores scored 3 in the first period, then 6 in the second to end the game early against Grand Haven by a 9-0 tally after 2 periods. GH looked spent after Monday night's 5 OT marathon against RP. Shots on goal were 30-5 Shores. JC Boyd had four goals for MS. Other goals were scored by: Mike Soto with two, Adam Meloche, Austin Zaloga, and Eric Moblo with his first varsity goal. Assists were from: Ryan Burmeister (2), Meloche (2), Kyle Hicks (2), Brock Carlston (2), Tyler McCarl, Jake Stevens, Brett Grevel, Brendan Sturr, Soto, & Boyd. Scottie Tiefenthal earned the shut-out for the Sailors.

great puck movement by MS. surprisingly, there was not a lot of individual efforts with exception to "Bing" at the end :] great team effort guys. good luck on Sat!
lol bing was just trying to pad the stats with about 30 seconds left. good team work i tought, they moved the puck well and had almost 2 assists on every goal. saturday night should be a dandy.
